The Lewes Board of PublicWorks approached Inclind to give their site a new look which included leaning heavily on modern design practices and up-to-date UI / UX Experiences, all while keeping content easily managed on the Back-End. The new site would also have to be mobile friendly and lean on a responsive design platform for ease of use regardless of if a Visitor was on a Desktop, Tablet or their phone. The Lewes BPW provides excellent utility services to the City of Lewes, so Inclind wanted to exceed expectations and explore new possible routes to integrating and displaying particular information such as an Event Calendar, Documents / Forms, Access to Agendas & Meeting Minutes and much more related to the services provided to it's customers.
Inclind worked directly with the Client to gather input, ideas and other items to help us deliver an on-brand ane exciting new design experience for their new site. Through Collaboration and Mock-Ups, the Design Process was seamless; as it is always our goal to combine our knowledge of the web and what it has to offer with the Client's wants, needs and inherent information on it's organization and audience. We also worked to not only migrate content but present new and interesting ways to display the information in a user friendly manner. Our standard testing was certainly a part of this project to not only identify improvements but meet standards given the level of organization.
Lewes BPW proudly presented their New Website during one of their Meetings to the Public and stakeholders of the company, only to hear great feedback; which of course, makes us ecstatic. The overall aesthetic of the site along with easy to access to various functionalities ended up being a huge hit with not only the organization but it's visitors alike. Delivering an Interactive Calendar, Advanced Search Options, Site Alerts, ADA Compliance Services, Contact Forms and FAQ's improved the ease of use to their 3500+ customers. If only managing your account was this easy on other sites!
