Introducing LabRepCo’s New Feature-Rich WordPress & WooCommerce Website
When LabRepCo, a leading seller of laboratory sales equipment, identified their need to redesign their eCommerce website to improve the design, SEO, content architecture and administrative workflow, the marketing team turned to Inclind to determine the right recipe of technologies to meet their goals.
LabRepco serves pharmaceutical, biotechnology and government research venues as well as academic, forensic and industrial research laboratories. The website is the main hub of their business, but the design was dated and the CMS was getting cumbersome.
Team Inclind including Shaun Tyndall, Nick Bumgarner, Amy Wood and Alex McCracken designed and built a custom WordPress/WooCommerce website featuring a new modern aesthetic, better site architecture and improved user experience while giving content managers more flexibility and control.
A new content architecture simplified the navigation of the product catalog and OpenSolr facilitates a faster, more robust search experience. Thousands of products with multiple configurations were migrated into the new platform, a third party CRM was integrated and pricing personalization was set up for GSA and other special pricing customers. All of this deployed on Pantheon and optimized for speed, performance and accessibility.
