Management Concepts provides professional development and training for federal, state, and local government employees. Since 1973, the organization has developed courses, certificate programs, and consulting services that help public sector teams close skills gaps and improve performance. Management Concepts also administers the National Veterans' Training Institute (NVTI), a U.S. Department of Labor program that trains veterans' employment and workforce professionals.

We started with a WordPress refresh for nvti.org. That first project turned into a long-term partnership.
Now we support both nvti.org and managementconcepts.com. That includes platform updates, performance monitoring, and daily requests. We handle both sites as part of one relationship, not separate projects.

Our work with Management Concepts started with a project-specific conversation and now covers ongoing support for both, with strategic technical planning.
We provide steady support, not just help when something breaks. An Account Coordinator manages priorities and sets clear response times based on how urgent the issue is.
  • Platform modernization
    nvti.org now runs on WordPress. Training registrations go straight into Dynamics CRM, no manual entry needed.
  • Ongoing maintenance
    We update the CMS core and plugins every month for both sites. That keeps everything current and secure.
  • Performance and security
    We manage WAF and CDN to protect both sites and keep them fast. Monthly analytics reports track performance.
  • Responsive support
    We triage issues by priority. Critical problems get handled within an hour, before they grow.
