The Eagle River Water & Sanitation District provides water and wastewater services to a mountain community where the population varies from 27,000 to more than 50,000 depending on the season. To keep the system reliable, secure, and easy to manage, it needs a platform that can keep pace with the district it serves.

ERWSD's website must handle a population that could more than double during the season, since it runs on a service platform that cannot tolerate downtime. Inclind's enterprise-level support ensures that the Drupal 10 platform on erwsd.org remains up to date, secure, and fast, with a dedicated team looking after it each month, not just when a problem occurs.

We began our work with ERWSD with a full onboarding process, a technical audit of the Drupal platform, hosting environment, and front-end experience, and documentation to help the district's website be prepared for long-term stability.

    Before starting any support work, we audited erwsd.org's hosting, Drupal application, and front-end experience to establish a baseline for site health.

    We keep the CMS core and modules up to date in line with Drupal's security release schedule, with monthly quality assurance before moving anything to production.

    We run a web application firewall and a CDN to safeguard erwsd.org and keep the site fast regardless of traffic levels during the season.
