Responsibilities

• Website Review: Analyze and evaluate client websites on Drupal and WordPress platforms to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Work Estimation: Accurately estimate the time and resources needed for various projects, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
• Work Definition: Clearly define project scope and create detailed acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
• Client and Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team, answering questions and providing clarifications to ensure smooth project execution. Present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Website Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits of client websites to identify opportunities for improvements in performance, user experience, and security.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Assist the Technical Director in developing strategic roadmaps for clients, outlining future goals and milestones.
• Quality Assurance/Documentation: Review technical projects for completeness and provide comprehensive documentation for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Drupal and WordPress platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Strategic thinking and the ability to assist in creating long-term plans
• Development experience a plus - front end and/or back end

Nice to Have

• You have a Google Analytics Certification with experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, and data visualization tools.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.

Experience

• 4-6 years of agency experience
• Experience in project management and work estimation.
• Successful history of planning and budgeting technical work and projects
